college, ramadan and riots | whats up sammy
Ello.
This is just an updates post. Its been a whirlwind lately and I wanted to jot it all down on here. So second semester started and am almost done with one module as well!! Which means I have ad asignment due in a week and an exam a couple of days after that. Its also Ramadan so a bit hard to study while fasting but i'll push through. hopefully.
in other terms our country is a mess. i dont know how else to describe it. from the easter bombings to the anti muslim riots everything is crazy here.
We're trying to get back into the usual daily grind but the changes are apparent. people boycotting things, racist comments left and right.
It used to be sorta peaceful. I even could go out without fearing about anything before but now everyone's freedom is limited. it's a bit sad to have to come to this state now after almost 10 years of peace but hopefully everythig gets resolved soon.
after all terrorism has no religion and we are sri lankans at the end of the day.
well, all that aside, am also trying to edit this video (with footage from like january) so hopefully that will be up soon. I am also a little but more active on my instagram (:
