My TiPs FoR STuDyiNg

So my exams are coming up and I am busy studying and whatnot. So these are a few things I do while I am studying and hopefully they help you peeps too.
~ Study each unit and then make short notes
Read it once then read it the second time and jot down all the important or highlight them.
~ Take frequent breaks.
For every half an hour you study take five minute breaks and do something that is completely unrelated to your subject. For example, Doodling or Listening To Music.
DO NOT read if you are a bookworm like me because then you will be completely engrosses in the book and forget to study (which has happened to me a couple of times)
~ Pretend to be a teacher and teach to your imaginary students.
I do this a lot and although it is childish it actually helps me. Like you take a whiteboard and draw diagrams on it and pretend to teach and ask questions for yourself and answer them as well.
~ Do Not eat a lot before you study because you will feel sleepy.
That is because after you eat a lot most of your blood supply would go to your tummy to get energy leaving the brain with a little amount of blood. So don't eat a lot before studying.
~ Try to get a really comfortable place and environment to study.
Its ok if it is the floor or on top of your table ( I do that a lot at school) and it can also be a loud or a quiet place.
~ Group Study
Get together at a friends place or even a free period at school. Utilize that and study with your friends. Most of the time the stuff you study will stick into your head. (It does for me)
~ Ask for help
But if you are studying alone then dont feel shy to ask for doibts from your friends. They might explain it to you better than the teacher ever did. If you still don't understand then ask help from your teacher.

~Reward yourself
after every chapter or assignment or past paper you finish give yourself a reward. For example fifteen minutes internet or a chocolate bar or do a diy.
~ And More Importantly Your Sleep
Sleep for atleast 6 - 7 hours a day. Especially before your exams. You NEED your sleep. 

Hopefully all these tips help you. They help me so yeah and GOOD LUCK if any of you are going to take their exams soon.
